Situation Update - Final Report
The Operational Area EOC will no longer
be staffed 5:00 P.M. today, 21-Apr-06.
Normal office
hours of 8 A.M.-5 P.M. implemented. Situation monitoring
will continue at the local level until conditions improve
to allow reduction of monitoring. The
EOC will re-activate
to
a staffing level as necessary. This is the final
twice-daily Situation Report.
The (off-hours) San Joaquin County
OES Duty Officer will continue assisting jurisdictions
with resource requirements and information. Media
and other information sharing will also be provided, as
time
permits. The
Duty Officer can be reached through the 24-hour Sheriff
Communications Center at 209-468-4400.

Order to Take Protective Measures and Allow Property
Access
San Joaquin County has issued an emergency order to
allow access to private and public levees to those involved
in the active flood fight. See the attached links for a
