Proposal to annex 173 acres to the City of Stockton with concurrent detachments from the Woodbridge Fire Protection District and the San Joaquin County Resource Conservation District.  Proposed territory is located south of Eight Mile Road and east of Rio Blanco Road and Bishop Cut, north Stockton.

Proposed LAFCo final budget for the Fiscal Year 2008-2009, with an annual operating budget of $480,588.  A proposed fee schedule will be presented in conjunction with the preliminary budget for Commission adoption.
