Support Services
Finding employment is just
the first step to assisting someone in their efforts to become
self-sufficient. Support with child care, healthcare coverage,
transportation, tools, books, and uniforms during the early stages of
employment are important to the successful transition from welfare to
work. These and other services are available to all CalWORKs clients.
