Director's Message
The Human Services Agency mission is to lead in the creation and delivery of services that improve the quality of life for our community. All levels of staff agree that the provision of services, leadership, and commitment to excellence are top priorities.
For the past several years, staff has taken a very active role in our community. We have formed working relationships with many organizations that assist with the provision of services mandated by the State and Federal government. These services have helped many needy families become self-sufficient, and provide a safety net for both children and adults.
We are proud to serve
you, the residents of San Joaquin County, and we look
at each day as another opportunity to improve the quality of life in our
community.
