DISABILITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Disability Management is a multi-faceted process designed to minimize the organizational impact caused by injuries or illnesses. Its goal is to return employees to work as soon as medically feasible.

The Disability Management Unit implements this process by functioning as the clearinghouse for all communications between injured or ill employees, their departments and all other components of the disability management process (doctors, nurses and third party administrators).
