Employer-Employee Relations Policy

The purposes of this Policy are to establish rules, regulations, and procedures for presentation, consideration, and resolution of employer-employee relation matters, to promote full communication between the County and its employees and to insure that County governmental functions and services are provided to the public in an orderly and uninterrupted manner for which the County and the employees assume equal responsibility.
