TRAININGS
Disaster Preparedness for Hospitals and Healthcare Organizations within the Community Infrastructure Course
October 31 and November 1, 2012. This FREE 2-day course brings together those individuals from the hospital and healthcare community who are responsible for ensuring the resiliency of healthcare services during a high-consequence or catastrophic event within a jurisdiction. Focusing on preparedness processes and activities, this course provides hospital and healthcare personnel an opportunity to acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to help them ensure the sustainability of their facilities and organizations during all types of disasters.Click here for flyer and additional information. California Health Alert Network (CAHAN) Collaborator and Administrator TrainingTwo CAHAN Collaborator and Administrator training sessions are being conducted on Tuesday February 14, 2012 at Dameron Hospital, 525 W. Acacia St., Stockton. Click here for the flyer. This training has been funded through the 2011-12 Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) Grant and is FREE to all San Joaquin County based Health Alert Network (HAN) Coordinators.
Two Training Sessions to Choose From:
Session 1:
8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a. m.: Collaborator LevelÂ
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Administrator Level
Session 2:
1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.: Collaborator Level
2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.: Administrator LevelPrerequisite

Ham Radio Licensing Class
Two "HAM CRAM" Ham Radio Licensing Training classes have been scheduled for: Thursday, February 16, 2012 and Thursday April 19, 2012. These classes are FREE and open to all San Joaquin County hospitals,
