October 29, 2009 - The San Joaquin County EMS Agency has completed its evaluation of American Medical Response’s July and August 2009 contract performance for exclusive emergency ambulance service. The AMR contract establishes accountability for meeting specific standards and provides the EMS Agency with complete access to data and information on AMR’s operational, clinical, and administrative performance.Read the report >>

November 13, 2009 - American Medical Response MCI Training CourseAmerican Medical Response is hosting a MCI Training Course. They are offering two course dates, 11/24/09 and 12/10/09. The classes will be from 0900-1200 at American Medical Response, 400 S. Fresno Ave., Stockton, CA 95203. The training is being offered at no cost and 3 CE hours will be given by California EMS CE Provider #39-0102. November 6, 2009 - Holiday Office Closure
The San Joaquin County EMS Agency office will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 26 and 27, 2009, and will re-open with normal office hours Monday, November 30, 2009.
November 6, 2009 - Additional Advanced Airway Class
Due to overwhelming demand, American Medical Response and the Stockton Fire Department have added an additional advanced airway course. The class will be taught by REACH and will be from 0900-1200 on November 16th at American Medical Response. The training is being offered at no cost and CE will be given. There are still a few spots left - you must be registered to attend.
