The Mentor Partnership Program is an EEO program administered by the County EEO
Office. The Mentor Partnership Program is open to permanent full-time County
employees. The Mentor Partnership Program Plan year is January through
September. Participation in the Mentor Partnership Program is voluntary and
without compensation.
The Mentor Partnership Program is strictly a developmental program that provides
“one-on-one” coaching which is intended to provide employee participants with
encouragement and general direction relating to the pursuit of their chosen
County career goals. Coaching is intended to provide participants with greater
focus and confidence.
Participation in the Mentor Partnership Program does not provide any advantage
in County competitive employment processes or examinations.
