NAME:                                   MORADA MUNICIPAL ADVISORY COUNCIL

 

COMPENSATION:             None.  Prior written authorization by the Board of Supervisors

or its designee shall be required for any reimbursement requested

in connection with any official business conducted by members

or agents.

 

LEGAL AUTHORITY:            Government Code Section 31010 & Board of Supervisors

Resolution (R-88-86 dated 1/26/88).

 

 

MEMBERSHIP,            7 Elected Members - Members must be residents of the

QUALIFICATIONS,            unincorporated area served by the Morada MAC. 

& RESIDENCY

REQUIREMENTS:

  

TERM:                                   4 Year staggered terms.  EXPIRE 1ST FRIDAY IN DECEMBER.

 DUTIES:                                To advise the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors & the San

San Joaquin County Planning Commission on such matters relating to the interest
                                                & welfare of the residents, which are or may be provided by San Joaquin County
                                                & other local agencies, including, but not limited to advice on matters of public
                                                health, safety, welfare, public works, & planning.

 

MEETING DATE             2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at the Waterloo/Morada

& LOCATION:                 Fire Dept., 6925 E. Foppiano Lane, Stockton, CA.
