1.                  bhs - Approval of 2014-2017 Mental Health Services Act Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan Totaling $84.5 Million.

2.                  bhs - Approval of Mental Health Performance Agreement with the State Department of Health Care Services for 2014-2015.

3.                  cob - Approve the Announcement of 2 Positions to the Lodi Community Center Advisory Board: (1) At-Large Representative and (1) Low-Income Representative.

4.                  cob - Approve the Announcement of 1 Position to the Local Child Care Planning Council: (1) Child Care Provider Representative.

5.                  ems - Approval of Hospital Preparedness Program Local Funding Agreement for the Period July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2017 for a Maximum Amount of $836,763.
