Vice Chairman Leroy Ornellas called the meeting to order and explained that Chairman Ken Vogel was not present due to illness.

2.                  cao - Approve Master Development Agreement with Catellus Development Group, a ProLogis Company, for Development of the Airport East Business Park. PUBLIC COMMENT

John Talbot of Lodi addressed the Board regarding a letter he sent to the Board of Supervisors regarding the Lodi Redevelopment Agency tax increment diversion.  County Counsel David Wooten stated that his office will review Mr. Talbot’s letter and the material he submitted.     Mr. Wooten will report back to the Board.  

Justin Ware addressed the Board regarding issues with Allied Waste.
