PRESENTATIONS
9:00 a.m. - hsa - Presentation of Certificate of Recognition
and Plaque to Stockton Host Lions. Director of Human Services Agency Joe Chelli
addressed the Board and introduced Aging and Community Services Staff and
representatives from the various community centers. Chairman Mow presented a plaque and
Certificate to Steve Henshaw, Director of the Stockton Host Lions. Mr. Henshaw addressed the Board.

Consent Item: #6
– Public Works Director Tom Flinn responded to Supervisor Vogel’s questions
regarding our future in working with methane gas and grinding that is going to
come out of this program. Supervisor
Vogel commented that perhaps some of these gases and grindings might be an
income source. Mr. Flinn indicated that
this matter will be evaluated.

#20 – In response to Supervisor Gutierrez, District Attorney Jim Willett gave
the Board an update of the renovations that are being performed in the
Courthouse for his offices. County
Administrator Manuel Lopez responded to questions by Supervisor Gutierrez regarding
the future plans for the Courthouse once the new Administration is built and
the status on a new Courthouse.

COMMENTS
Supervisor Vogel reported
on the Association of California Water Agencies meeting he attended recently in
Supervisor Ruhstaller
reported that the Blue Ribbon Task Force sent to the Governor their view on how
the Delta. He suggested that Public
Works Tom Flinn give the Board a report after the first of the year. Supervisor Ruhstaller also requested a report
after the first of the year regarding the matter of graffiti. Chairman Mow commented that the graffiti has
gotten worse.
