Supervisor Gutierrez said that he had previously mentioned to the Clerk of the
Board and County Counsel that Advisory Board Members need to go through a
refresher or mandatory training course as to what their roles and
responsibilities are as Advisory Board Members.
He noted the Clerk of the Board is working on this matter.
Daniel Hutchins of
Acampo addressed the Board regarding the North American Free Trade
Agreement. Mr. Hutchins submitted to the
Board an article from the Lodi News Sentinel and two magazines entitled “The
North American.”
