Proclamation Proclaiming May 20--May 26, 2007 as "National Public Works
Week" in San Joaquin County.
Supervisor Ken Vogel presented the proclamation to Jeff Pelz, President
of the Sacramento Chapter of the American Public Works Association. Mr. Pelz indicated that their chapter would
be honoring Paul Sensibaugh as Local Public Works Leader of the Year and Manuel
Solario as Professional Manager of the Year in Engineering and Technology at an
Awards Ceremony on Thursday, May 17, 2007.
Public Works Director Tom Flinn recognized two San Joaquin County Public
Works Employees for 2006 – John Robles, Engineering Assistant, Field
Engineering Division and Carla Corvey, Administrative Assistant, Road
Maintenance Division.
