Chairman Marenco announced that Consent Item #2 had
been postponed.
Consent Item: #22 pulled for discussion. Supervisor Sieglock responded to questions
regarding this item from Board Members. The
Board approved funds from the Supervisorial District four discretionary funds
for the
ToCan Nguyen addressed the Board on Consent Items.

9:00 a.m. - cdd - Final Adoption of an Ordinance and Resolution to Establish an Agricultural Mitigation Program. Community Development Director Kerry Sullivan briefed the Board on the changes requested by the Board at their meeting of November 14, 2006. The following individuals also addressed the Board on this matter: Assistant County Counsel David Wooten; John Beckman of the Building Industry Association of the Delta; ToCan Nguyen; Linda Fiak, Executive Director of the Delta Protection Commission; Randall Booth; Mike Robinson, President of the San Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation; Tom Orvis, Program Director of San Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation; Ron Atterberry, General Counsel for Council of Governments; Ann Cerney of Citizens for Open Government; Joe Peterson, Chairman of San Joaquin County Agricultural Advisory Board; George Gibson; Attorney Osha Meserve; and Bruce Blodgett, Executive Director of the San Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation.
The Board voted to change the composition of the TAC by adding three members from the community to be appointed by the Board. Gutierrez/Marenco/3-2; Ornellas and Sieglock-No.
The Board voted for 2-year terms for 5 members of the TAC and 4-year terms for 4 members of the TAC. Sieglock/Gutierrez/5
