The Board approved the Countywide
Indirect Cost Rate Guideline for the management of indirect cost rates for
subcontractors to be effective January 1, 2007 and directed the County
Administrator’s Office to review the impact of a Countywide Indirect Rate with

Georgianna Reichelt addressed the Board regarding the American Legion Post located at the airport, commented on conduct at public meetings and asked about salaries and benefits for Board Members.
Sheri Rizo, of the Women’s Center of San Joaquin County
thanked the Board for the Proclamation proclaiming October 2006 as “Domestic
Violence Awareness” Month in
ToCan Nguyen addressed the Board on various matters.
