PUBLIC COMMENT
Georgianna Reichelt and Elizabeth Campbell addressed the Board regarding
the American Legion Post located at the airport. County Administrator Manuel Lopez stated that
staff will furnish Mmes. Reichelt and Campbell a response in writing.

Stephanie Batey of SEIU addressed the Board regarding labor negotiations
with SEIU.
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND
COMMENTS
Supervisor Mow reminded
County Administrator Manuel Lopez that he had previously requested information
regarding the graffiti policy of the county.
Mr. Lopez stated that he should receive the information soon.
Supervisor Ornellas
reported on the purpose of his Legislative Assistant Scott Tyrrell’s attendance
at the recent Manteca City Council meeting with respect to a letter that the
Manteca City Council had on their agenda for consideration regarding support
for the
Supervisor Sieglock
commended Supervisor Mow and said that the Third Supervisorial District was
fortunate to have him as their representative.
