  1. cao - Approve Schematic Design, Budget, and Schedule for the San Joaquin County Agricultural Center Project and Adopt Phase 1 Site Work Plans and Specifications and Set a Bid Opening Date of July 12, 2006 at 2:00 p.m.  Assistant County Administrator Vic Singh, Steve Keeter, Construction Consultant, of Construction Planning Group, Gus Fisher, Architect of Record, of Dreyfuss & Blackford, Kristopher Barkley, Vice-President, of Dreyfuss & Blackford,  briefed the Board on this matter. PUBLIC COMMENT

Mr. Lynn Beasley Jr. addressed the Board regarding the traffic problem on Bruella Road.  Supervisor Sieglock told Mr. Beasley that he would look into the matter and be in touch with him.

ToCan Nguyen Addressed the Board on various matters.

 

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS

Supervisor Sieglock read a communication he had received from an individual regarding the problems with regard to the office of the Registrar of Voters.  Chairman Marenco directed that Registrar of Voters come back to the Board with a report in 30 days.  Supervisor Gutierrez requested that the Registrar of Voters include in her report why the absentee ballots went out so late and the printing issue.
