information provided to the Board prior to the Budget Hearings. County Administrator Manuel Lopez stated that
he would have information to the Board by May 23, 2006. The Budget Hearings are scheduled for June 21
to June 23. Chairman Marenco stated that

COMMENTS
Supervisor Ornellas
advised the Board that there was a conflict in his meeting schedule as the
Council of Governments and the Delta Protection Commission meet on the same
day. However, he would work it out.
Supervisor Gutierrez
reported that he received a call from Congressman Cardoza’s office regarding
the Medi-Cal Hospital Financing Waiver.

3:03 p.m. The Chairman announced the Board was
back from recess and then went into Closed Session. At 3:31 p.m. the Board returned from Closed
Session and recessed sine die subject to the recall of the Chairman. Approved.
