DISCUSSION - HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES

1.                  env/health - Discussion of Enforcement Cost Recovery Charges for Investigation and Abatement of Recreational Vehicle Complaint at 1111 N. Golfview Road, Lodi, CA.         Donna Heran, Director of Environmental Health, briefed the Board on this matter.  Alan Biedermann from Department of Environmental Health also addressed the Board.  The Board ordered that no changes be made to the Environmental Health Department enforcement recovery Statement of Expense charges dated May 11, 2005, for the recreational vehicle complaint located at 11110 N. Golfview Road, Lodi, and that the Department shall take the appropriate action to collect the charges.  Mow/Sieglock/2; Ornellas/Gutierrez/Marenco - No   B-06-141

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS

With respect to Health & Human Services Discussion #1, Supervisor Sieglock stated that Jeannette Urata had the right to come before the Board.

Chairman Marenco stated that the flag was being flown half staff in honor of Corretta Scott King.

County Administrator Manuel Lopez confirmed that the joint meeting with the City of Stockton is for February 21, 2006 and the Council of Government Chambers.
