       9:00 am. - bos - Presentation to Clark Bennett, Retiring San Joaquin County Information Systems Director.  Chairman Gutierrez presented a County plaque to Mr. Bennett on behalf of the Board of Supervisors.  Mr. Bennett addressed the Board.
