–Chairman Gutierrez stated that one of his concerns regarding travel is that
there is an opportunity for a cost savings.
Those individuals that travel need to arrange his/her trip in advance so
that the best fare and an early registration fee can be obtained. In response to Chairman Gutierrez and
Supervisor Mow, County Administrator Manuel Lopez stated that the county does
have a travel policy and that individuals are encouraged to use the internet to
