Proclaiming the Month of April 2005 as “Sexual Assault Awareness and Child
Abuse Prevention Month” in San Joaquin County.
Jeannette Artiaga, Sexual Assault Program Specialist with the Women’s
Center of San Joaquin County, received the proclamation and addressed the
Board. Kathy Morrisey and Lindy Turner
also addressed the Board.
On behalf of the Board, Chairman Gutierrez presented Supervisor Mow with a plaque recognizing him as the recipient of the Citizen of the Year by the Chinese Cultural Society. Supervisor Mow thanked the Board for this honor,
