A Moment of Silence was held.  Chairman Ornellas wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. He also asked for us to think of the young men and women in the armed forces that are not able to be with their families during this holiday.

PUBLIC COMMENT

Vincent Contino addressed the Board regarding the Dial-a-Ride services of Stockton Transit District.  Supervisor Gutierrez presented a copy of a letter from Donna Kelsay, General Manager/CEO of  San Joaqun Regional Transit District, responding to the Board on the issues that were presented by Mr. Contino at last week’s Board meeting.

 

Supervisor Marenco  suggested that Mr. Contino review the letter and respond in writing to the issues that are stated in Ms. Kelsay’s letter.

 

Carey Martin, of the Mental Health Advisory Board, expressed his gratitude to Supervisor Marenco for his attendance at the recent Mental Health Advisory Board meeting.
