PUBLIC COMMENT
ToCan Nguyen addressed the Board on various matters.
Roland Wright of Lockeford addressed the Board on Consent General Government #18 - Right to Farm Ordinance. He distributed a copy of a previous ordinance concerning the Right to Farm that the Board of Supervisors approved on March 18, 1986 and referred to Chapter 1 – Not a Nuisance. Mr. Wright stated that he had been cited a year ago as a “nuisance” and has experienced many problems. He thanked for the Board for the opportunity to give his opinion.
