          9:00 a.m. - bos - Proclamation Designating May 2004 as "Older Americans Month." presented to Wendy Moore,  Aging & Adult Division Chief, of Human Services Agency.

ToCan Nguyen addressed the Board of various matters.

Reverend Bob Hailey addressed the Board regarding the recent dismissal charges in the ruling by the Superior Court Judge Richard Guiliani in regards to the Mondez Denmon case. Angel Picon, Cleveland Edwards, and Wilbert Woodley also addressed the Board on this matter.
