    9:00 a.m. - hr - Hearing Regarding a Complaint Filed by the SEIU Local 790 Alleging Violation of the Safety, Investigative & Custodial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Section 4.2.5 Work Above Class Pay on Behalf of Keith Hulsman.  Don Turko, Director of Human Resources, James Harford, representative of SEIU, Keith Hulsman, Vickie Helmar, Assistant Agricultural Commissioner, and Scott Hudson, Agricultural Commissioner, addressed the Board on this matter.  The Board of Supervisors sustained the complaint of Keith Hulsman and ordered that the complainant to be compensated in the amount of $1,482.00.
