present and that in order for the Board to interface with her, a motion was

budget and responded to questions and comments from Board Members.

Lani Schiff-Ross, Children and Families Program Coordinator, and Terry Mack, Chief Executive Director of Health Plan of San Joaquin, addressed the Board on this matter.
