Approved Consent Item #27.  Mow/Ornellas/4 with a “No” vote by Supervisor Gutierrez requesting more information on overtime costs of probation officers and recruitment and retention efforts.

Supervisor Gutierrez thanked his collegues for agendizing  the General Government #1 discussion item on the agenda. 

Supervisor Ornellas commented on the 2003 California Fuel Cell Partnership “Rally Thru The Valley” event from May 14-16, 2003 and congratulated the City of Ripon for its participation in displaying hydrogen fuel cell powered cars at City Hall.
