Georgianna Reichelt, addressed the Board on
various matters.
Albert Mezzetti, who had appeared previously
before the Board addressed the Board regarding a lien placed on the property of
Mr. and Mrs. Ayala and a criminal complaint filed against the Mr. and Mrs.
Ayala and Mr. and Mrs. Rocha in Superior Court. Supervisor Ornellas indicated that he had received a memorandum
from County Counsel regarding this matter.
Supervisor Ornellas invited Mr. Mezzetti to meet with him after the
Board Meeting so that he could share the memorandum with him.

Supervisor Ornellas, in referencing a Tracy Press
Editorial, commended the County Public Works Department in repairing Bethany
Road near the Mt. House project that was badly damaged.
