Supervisor Gutierrez asked whether or not San Joaquin County had an agreement with neighboring counties. Mr. Vera stated that we have an intercounty transfer process but not an actual agreement.

stated that the County Administrator is still working on the matter.

OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS
Supervisor Gutierrez commented on the sound system in the Board
Chambers. Chairman Sieglock indicated
that the Clerk of the Board is working on this matter.
Supervisor Gutierrez commented on the recent meeting
with State and local officials regarding the Northern California Women’s
Facility whereby he suggested that the county lobbyist be involved. The County Administrator indicated that he
had already contacted them.
