BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS

Supervisor Marenco referred to the public hearing on the Approval of Major Subdivision #SU-02-2 of Louis and Catherine Brovelli before the Board on 9/10/02.  Based on his review of listening to the tape of that meeting and the transcript of comments made by the Community Development Director at the hearing regarding the General Plan, he requested that this matter be analyzed and a clarification be brought back to the Board by the County Administrator.
