Consent Item: #9 - Tom Flinn of Public Works Department addressed questions by Supervisor Ornellas regarding the implementation schedule on page 3 of Exhibit A, Best Available Control Measures.

PUBLIC COMMENT
ToCan Nguyen addressed the Board on various matters.
David Hafey, Division Chief, of Stockton Fire Department, addressed the Board on issues of the Stockton Fire Dispatch Center.
Andy Shapiro, Deputy Fire Chief, City of Stockton, addressed the Board regarding Exclusive Operation Agreement (EOA) for ambulance zones.
John Pride addressed the Board regarding the personal situation and the difficulties he is experiencing in seeking gainful employment. Supervisor Gutierrez commented that his office would help Mr. Pride in referring him to the appropriate agencies for assistance.
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS
Supervisor Marenco referred to a communication from a Mr. Hampton, who was inquiring about a power plant, and requested that the County Administrator look into the matter and respond to Mr. Hampton directly.
Supervisor Sieglock congradulated the San Joaquin County Planning Commission on being named as the County Planning Commission of the Year.
Supervisor Sieglock read a Proclamation of Thanksgiving, an order issued by President Abraham Lincoln in 1863, and wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving.
