Supervisor Leroy Ornellas was sworn into office by Congressman Richard Pombo.

 

Chairman Mow commented on former Supervisor Lynn Bedford and his service to the Citizens of San Joaquin County.

Gary C. Padula, David Oram and Paul Goyette, addressed the Board regarding the labor negotiations with the San Joaquin County Correctional Officer.
