ToCan Nguyen, addressed the Board on various matters.

Dana Simon, Health Care Workers Union SEIU Local 250; Denise Compton; Angel Picon; John Morearty; Frank Martinez of SEIU Local 250; Janette L. Rossell; and Julie Hov, addressed the Board regarding home care workers wages and benefits.

Michael Parker, President and Chief Operations Officer, of Priority One Medical Transport, Inc., commented on the home care workers issue. He briefly commented on the County’s Ordinance Code regarding ambulances and permits and distributed copies of the code, including copies of correspondence between the City of Stockton Fire Department and Priority One Medical Transport regarding a request of records.

Sharon Townsend, addressed the Board regarding an ongoing probate matter.
