3:30 p.m. – County Counsel addressed the Chairman stating that he understood the Chairman

was calling the Board back from its recess and that the Board would be further recessing to a continued closed session from Tuesday, July 16, 2002.

Chairman Mow indicated that was correct.

County Counsel announced that the Board would recess to closed session and that no comments coming out of closed session were anticipated, and that the Board would be in further recess thereafter.

4:10 p.m. – Recessed.
