#24 – The Board adopted the Ratification of San Joaquin Council of Governments’ (SJCCOG) Annual Financial Plan with the exception of Item #3 outlined in the SJCCOG letter addressed to the County Administrator dated 4/26/02 that states " The SJCCOG Board approved a pool not to exceed $104,000 to be used for "Pay for Performance" raises based upon annual evaluations by the Executive Director", and with the exception of Salaries and Benefits group increased at 5.6% that the SJCCOG Director can address at a future meeting.
