Chairman Mow read into the record the following from the Resolution: "Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors opposes the construction and operation of said proposed Tracy Peaker Project, until such time as the concerns of the County have been addressed and mitigated."
