Appointment
of Manuel Lopez as County
Administrator:
The
Board tentatively announced the selection of Manuel Lopez as the new County
Administrator of San Joaquin County. County Counsel, Terrence Dermody read the
terms and conditions of employment of Manuel Lopez.
The
terms and conditions of employment were accepted by Manuel Lopez. A motion was made to formally appoint Manuel

Appointment
of Roger Speed as Health Care Services
Director:
The Board tentatively announced the selection of Roger Speed as the Health Care Services Director. Newly appointed County Administrator, Manuel Lopez read the terms and conditions of employment of Roger Speed.
