Fire District addressed the Board on this matter. Approved staff recommendations with modification as presented to
removed the $60.00 County portion of the administation fee and place the

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS
Supervisor
Gutierrez announced that the special Board meeting to discuss issues regarding
Boggs Tract to be held on Monday, July 30, 2001 at 6:30 p.m. at Washington
School, 1735 W. Sonora Street and encouraged all Board Members to attend.
Supervisor
Gutierrez expressed his concern as to whether or not the weed abatement process
currently in place was in a policy and procedure type of directive, including
forms. He requested that the Community
Development Department staff provide all of the weed abatement program process
and procedures, including the forms, in a manual format, and provide the Board
Members the information.
