Deborah Young of North Star Ministries addressed the Board regarding Child Protective Service, Mary Graham Hall, and the legal system. County Counsel is to contact the Human Services Agency Director and prepare a report to the Board of Supervisors at their meeting of May 15, 2001 during closed session regarding the concerns of Ms. Young .

ToCan Nguyen addressed the Board on various matters.
