9:00 a.m. - bos - Concerns Addressed by Mr. Cliff Schofield of Tracy Regarding the Number of Houses that are Planned for Mountain House. Mr. Cliff Schofield was not able to be present.

9:15 a.m. - Information by Energy Providers (PG&E; Modesto Irrigation District; and City of Lodi) Regarding Energy Conservation and Energy Assistance Programs. (ORAL REPORT) Carrie Madill, PG&E, addressed the Board on the different types of programs that PG&E provides for the San Joaquin County Community. Chris Mayer, Modesto Irrigation District, addressed the Board on the different types of programs the Modesto Irrigation District provides for the Stanislaus County Community. Jack Stone, City of Lodi Electric Utilities, addressed the Board on the different types of programs for the Lodi Community. NO ACTION TAKEN.

Jesse Esquivel addressed the Board on the County Squire Mobile Park.

Paul O’Neal, addressed the Board on the Employee Parking Issue and Thanked the Board of Supervisors for approving the parking recommendation.

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS

Supervisor Victor Mow, discussed the name change for the Stockton Airport and would like the approval to work with Connie Cassinetto, Public Information Officer on this matter.

Chairman Dario Marenco referred Mr. Paul Sensibaugh’s communication addressed to Board Members to staff for review.

Supervisor Steve Gutierrez requested a Public Report on the Mountain House communication.
