Supervisor Victor Mow discussed the Conservation Energy Program and requested the County Administrator transmit a memorandum to Department Heads regarding energy saving issues.

Supervisor Steve Gutierrez discussed having a Joint Board of Supervisors/City Council/Port of Stockton Meeting in the evening to discuss the future of Boggs Tract.
