BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS

Supervisor Gutierrez informed the Board of a telephone call he received from Mr. Charles DeMore, Director of the Northern California Region of the U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) regarding a public forum between the Board of Supervisors and INS to respond to community concerns. Chairman Simas indicated prior to any forum, he would communicate with each Board Member.

Supervisor Gutierrez addressed the Board regarding a scheduling conflict with respect to his participation at the Delta Protection Commission meetings.
