A Joint Meeting of the Board of Supervisors and the City of Stockton Council Members was held for the purpose of discussing the San Joaquin County General Plan 2010 Review and Urban Limit Lines. Ben Hulse, San Joaquin County Director of Community Development made a presentation on the County General Plan 2010.
