Helen Tretheway, President of the Historical Society and Attorney Tim Hachman, Past President of the County Museum and current Trustee briefed the Board on this matter. ACCEPTED REPORT.   2. air - Authorize the Commitment by San Joaquin County to Purchase $100,000 in Travel Credits from American West Airlines and Designate Required Terminal Facility Projects for Inclusion in the Measure K Program. Dan DeAngelis, Airport Manager, briefed the Board on this matter. Ernie Segale of Segale Travel; Steve Ding of Congressman Pombo's Office; Ron Addington of the Business Council, Inc.; & Doug Wilhoit, CEO, Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce were present and spoke in support of this matter.
