10:00 a.m. - bos - Presented Proclamation Designating February 18 and the Year 2000 in Celebration of San Joaquin County's 150 Years of Success. Connie Cassinnetto, Media & Communications Officer, and Lois Sahyoun, Clerk of the Board of Supervisors presented a framed map and flag given to each of the original 27 counties by CSAC at its Annual Meeting in December of 1999 in Monterey, California.
