David Baker, CAO, discussed a letter received from Mayor Podesto Regarding Joint Study Sessions between the Board of Supervisors and the City Council on the General Plan 2010 to be held at City Hall. A discussion was held among Board Members, County Counsel, & Community Development Department and the matter was referred to CAO and C.D.D. to review and report back to the Board.

Supervisor Gutierrez discussed Litigation Regarding Farm Labor Camps and the process for inspections by the Environmental Health Division, and the matter was referred to CAO and Environmental to review and report back to the Board

Supervisor Gutierrez discussed the Veterans Service Office and requested a report to the Board regarding the status of benefits for Veterans in SJC and lost records. The matter was referred to CAO and the Veterans Service Officer for review and report back to the Board.
