Mary Carey, Downtown Stockton Alliance, invited the Board to the 1st Annual Downtown Stockton Harvest Festival.

Richard Stagno addressed the Board regarding a Slaughterhouse Use Permit. Planning Staff directed to review this matter and report back to the Board.

John Padula addressed the Board regarding Reinstallation of the Shoulder on East Cherokee Road. Public Works Staff directed to review this matter and report back to the Board.

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS

Supervisor Marenco discussed the Drug Court Graduation on Thursday at the Fox Theatre at 6:00 p.m.; and the Crime Stats article in the Stockton Record.

Supervisor Sieglock discussed Consent Item #22; Complimented Public Works Staff on the Lower Sacramento Road Improvements at Jahant & Acampo Roads; the East Bay MUD Groundwater Basin; and the Super Williamson Act Fees. The issue of Super Williamson Act Fees was referred to Planning Staff to prepare a report for the Board Meeting of October 5, 1999.

Supervisor Gutierrez discussed the Wings Over Stockton Air Show this past weekend.
